This is looking great, thanks for polishing it!
Not a blocker at all, but something this has me wondering about the preview is whether the padding on it makes sense. I happened to have a global background image set on my test set and I notice this makes the preview area feel like it doesn't line up because the padding is applied around the iframe rather than inside it:
That said, depending on the HTML someone is generating, they may want their code to display edge-to-edge, so it can be hard to make assumptions here. In any case, it's unrelated to your change, and this is otherwise testing very nicely:

@andrewserong Thanks for the review! I thought the same. The padding around the iframe preview looked weird, so I removed the padding in 012fd6d. Before

What?
This PR fixes some layout issues with the Custom HTML block.
1. The code editor is extremely narrow.
2. The full-screen trigger button is unnecessary
