Updates the Twitter embed block to reflect X's rebranding: - Changed icon from Twitter bird to X logo - Updated icon color from Twitter blue (#1da1f2) to black (#000000) - Changed title from "Twitter" to "X" - Updated description from "Embed a tweet." to "Embed an X post." - Added 'x' and 'twitter' to keywords for better searchability Maintains backward compatibility by preserving internal name and twitter.com URL patterns. Of note, we didn't update the pattern because it's handled already in the embed/edit.js file and we need to wait for this larger Core issue to be solved (when X stops using a mix of domains). |

Alternative and updated PR for #65580
Updates the Twitter embed block to reflect X's rebranding with new logo, name, and messaging.
Why?
Twitter rebranded to X, and the embed block still shows outdated Twitter branding (blue bird logo and "Twitter" references). This creates confusion for users and doesn't reflect the current state of the platform.
