What?

Closes: #71669

Implements a new gift icon on the icon library.

Why?

In the WordPress application context, there are several cases where a "gift" representation is useful. While not directly usable in any current UI, there are similar examples of such icons in the library, such as the "shipping" or "store" icons.

Testing Instructions

Can verify the action via Storybook instance. In the Gutenberg root folder:

  • npm i
  • npm run build
  • npm run storybook:dev
  • Navigate to the Icon -> Docs menu in the sidebar and then search for gift in the canvas for the rendered icon.
