Update the Locking Interface image to show the "Apply to all blocks inside" feature.
Why?
The current screenshot in the Block Locking API documentation is outdated and doesn't show the "Apply to all blocks inside" option that was added in PRs #40069 and #41876. The documentation mentions this feature but the visual example doesn't reflect it, which can be confusing for users trying to understand how to apply locking to nested blocks.
