What?
This PR adds a section to the Filters and Hooks doc in the Curating the Editor section about the
block_editor_settings_allfilter. The new content directs the reader back to the Editor Hooks documentation which will be updated in #61596.Why?
This is one of the most common ways to modify the behavior of the Editor, and it was not clearly called out in the Curating the Editor docs.
