Description

This PR updates all blocks that use functional edit components to API v2. There's a few remaining blocks that still use class components which will be converted to functional components first.

How has this been tested?

Really cool to see how easy is the API to use. I was not able to test everything but I expect most of these blocks to be covered by end2end tests.

Hey @ellatrix 👋 just saw this PR when I was investigating a breakage for the Spacer and Separator block on mobile which share the same code with web. Is there an alternative of using <div> for these changes to work?
