Doing the first edit on a freshly duplicated page doesn't show the Revisions field #75858

Description

Issue debugged with @tyxla.

When duplicating a page, no revision is created by default. That means that when saving the first edit, the Revisions field doesn't show up. It's only displayed once the second edit is saved.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Go to Appearance > Editor > Pages.
  2. Duplicate one page.
  3. Make one edit and save.
  4. In the Page panel, notice there is no Revisions field.
  5. Make a second edit and save again.
  6. Notice the Revisions field is visible.

Expected result: in step 4, the revisions field should already be visible.
