When duplicating a page, no revision is created by default. That means that when saving the first edit, the Revisions field doesn't show up. It's only displayed once the second edit is saved.
Step-by-step reproduction instructions
Go to Appearance > Editor > Pages.
Duplicate one page.
Make one edit and save.
In the Page panel, notice there is no Revisions field.
Make a second edit and save again.
Notice the Revisions field is visible.
Expected result: in step 4, the revisions field should already be visible.
