Site Editor: Background section is misleading #75388

Description

The background section (Site editor > Styles > Background) is misleading, as it only handles the background image. As a user, I'd expect to manage all background properties there. Background color lives in a completely separate colors section, which breaks the mental model and doesn't follow a good flow.

Someone wanting to set both a background color and image has to navigate between two different sections to accomplish what feels like a single task.

Expected behavior

All background properties should be manageable in one place (Background section), reducing navigation friction and creating a more intuitive mental model.

We could optionally keep background color in the colors section as well for discoverability (not a big fan, though), but the primary control should be in the "Background" section.
