Description

In #74351 we implemented the remaining critical pieces to enabled SharedBufferArray with cross origin isolation. However, some issues and potential improvements are still open.

Known issues

• Compatibility with plugins using web workers (eg. Yoast, see swissspidy/media-experiments@69f13ca)
• Broken embeds outside Chrome
• Embed fix for Chrome requires mutation observer
