Description

With the Gutenberg trunk, the URLs of the fonts in the theme aren't full, so the fonts don't show up because they're blocked.

Not allowed to load local resource:
file:///assets/fonts/inter/Inter-VariableFont_slnt,wght.woff2

The URL for the font isn't the usual, full URL.

I've seen this issue in both Chrome and Firefox. If I deactivate Gutenberg trunk or use 22.3.0, the font gets loaded correctly.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Activate TT4 with the Gutenberg trunk activated.
2. Open the site
3. Disable the Gutenberg trunk.
4. Open the site in a different tab
5. Notice the difference like the screenshots above.
