Description

The dots in the calendar showing other post dates are missing, likely due to changes in #73444. (There are also some fixes in progress at #73887, which may or may not be related.)

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Have one or two posts published in the current month.
2. Go to Posts → Add New
3. In the Post sidebar, click on "Publish: Immediately" (or the date if already set)
4. The calendar date picker opens

Expected: Days with existing published posts should show small dots beneath the date number

Actual: No dots appear on any dates
