Description

When creating a new page in the Nav block, whether publishing or just creating a draft, the popover for managing the link stays open even after that link is deselected. The only thing that seems to make it close is saving changes on the template.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Click to add a block in the Navigation block, and choose "create page" from the dropdown
2. Add a title and click "create page" (optionally choose to publish it)
3. Try selecting anything else on the canvas and confirm that the link popover stays open.
