Description

Removing Caption from the toolbar may cause the URL input area to move to the upper left of the screen.
This is more likely to occur when the caption is located at the bottom of the screen.

The same thing happens with tables that allow you to set captions.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Open a post or page.
  2. Insert an Image block.
  3. Enter your caption and remove it from the toolbar.
  4. Clicking the caption link button will move the URL input area to the upper left of the screen.
