Description

When creating a new tag link for the navigation block, it should be a bound entity. The navigation link block tries to create the bound entity, but doesn't set a URL, which makes the tag link appear in the invalid entity state.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Add a navigation link
• In the creation flow:
  • Select Add Block
  • Select Tag Link
  • Select a Tag
• Look in the Inspector for the newly created link. There will be an error message and no url value
