Description

After adding an image in rich text it can’t be selected with a simple click. It used to work like that but it looks like the pointer-events: none styles added in #67305 caused that to stop being the case. Now to select the image you have to drag-select or use arrow keys while holding the shift.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert an image in some rich text
2. Click the image
3. Note that the popover doesn’t activate
