Improve alignment and feedback for "Show starter patterns" toggle in pattern selection modal #72754

What problem does this address?

I've noticed a couple issues for the “Show starter patterns” toggle at the bottom of the pattern selection modal.

  • Visual alignment: the toggle is right-aligned, while the pattern grid above is left-aligned. This creates a visual disconnect and makes the control feel unrelated to the content it affects. It also can look a bit unbalanced, and out of place depending on the size of the patterns grid on top. Right-alignment usually implies action buttons (like “save” or “cancel”), not preferences. I assume we're inheriting the alignment from the modal styles, and that's why it's located there.
  • Lack of feedback: toggling the setting gives no confirmation that the preference was saved. This leaves users uncertain about whether their action was successful.

What is your proposed solution?

  • Visual alignment: Left-align the toggle to match the grid above, making it more cohesive and follow the natural reading flow.
  • Feedback: Ideally, we should be using the snackbar for this, but as the setting is inside the modal it won't be visible. We could probably have an inline confirmation.
