Description

Here's what I get when I apply a text color named border:

<h2 class="wp-block-heading has-border-color has-text-color has-link-color">Heading with only text color applied</h2>

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Add a with a slug value of border in the color palette
  2. Apply this color as text to an element
  3. See that the element gets a border
  4. See the the border disappears when you clear the text color or set the text color to another color
