Mobile width + Distraction Free: Toolbar shows non-functional style and sidebar buttons #63948

Description

Description

The editor toolbar shows style and sidebar buttons that don't do anything when on a viewport <960px and distraction free enabled.

It seems intentional that distraction free is only meant for wider viewports. So seems there's a bug in disabling it completely, if that's the intent.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. /wp-admin/site-editor.php?canvas=edit
  2. Narrow screen <960px
  3. Enable distraction free
  4. Click the style and sidebar buttons, nothing happens
  5. Disable distraction free
  6. Works

Also can test by resizing the window to narrow after selecting distraction-free in a wide viewport.
