there is two Kurdish language in WordPress

1. Kurdish/کوردی (Sorani) - ckb ---> rtl language
2. Kurdish/Kurdî (Kurmanji) - kmr ---> ltr language 3

Kurdish (Sorani) is a rtl language supposed to display Dashboard front-site and site-editor from right to left
