What problem does this address?

Currently, when an image is added through Openverse or a custom image provider, the image added to the media library is created with the filename as image-n.png where n is an integer.

In addition, it will be good to have the ability to set alt-text and description when the attachment is created and added to the media library. Currently, they're only set at the block level.
