Issue Overview

I don't want to start by going into too much detail in case it's not necessary. But I really don't like the table block UX. My initial questions are:

1. Is there an issue for this already? I can't find one.
2. Is this the place to discuss it?
3. Are you aware of UX issues with this block? Is it a work in progress?
