I am not sure about the sentence "I’m a coordinator with the WordPress Foundation". Can any of us affirm that? A sincere doubt! :)

@peiraisotta I know we talked about this a little, so you might have thoughts on the phrasing! Alternatively, I've also used something like, "I'm a member of/contributor to the WordPress Community team," which might also be a good option. |

Following-up on our Slack conversation, this is a draft template for outreach emails to potential partner institutions.
Once the template is decided, I would love to include it in the HelpScout saved replies as well, to help with outreach in the future.
