We need a download module

• Server Selector, that only shows servers where download has been granted (Including shared servers)
• Lib browsing, where one can select files that also belongs to the media, like subs etc.
• Progress indicator download
• Progress indicator lib fetch
• Bandwidth limiter
• Queue management
• Enable for non dev
• Alert if user doesn't have a PP
