Problem Description

The current project display defaults to all projects, which is not convenient for users to use. Need to change to only display personal items by default.

Front End:
The front end modified the display mode, now it will show all projects. Change the default to display personal projects.

Back end:
List the latest modified items based on the modified time. The more recent the modified items are, the more advanced they are.
