Version our Endpoints and Filters #1119
Description
As we prepare to release version v2.0 Beta 1 we still need to add versioning to the core endpoints. Also, as noted by @danielbachhuber we may want to consider versioning our filters as well: #937 (comment)
Does anyone have an idea of how we can add versioning to our route registrations?
