Multiple entries: Adjust text on entry warning to cover beyond missing information #2102

Even though the entry warning is used for edit mistakes on existing information, the language written only covers missing information. For example, on name duplication, it reads "This entry is missing the following information", even though the problem is not about missing information.
To Reproduce (optional)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Edit an entry
- Duplicate the name to break the "No name duplication rule"
- See triggered warning
Expected behavior (optional)
The language/text of this message should be adjusted to be general, covering all entry warnings. Something of "This entry is problematic" or "This entry has a problem" should be sufficient.
