Staking slider button cuts top of circle off.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:
Run Veil Qt wallet and look to staking slider button on wallet.

Expected behavior
The wallet's staking slider button should display whole and complete as a circle on a slider track.

Actual behavior
The circle loses the top segment of the circle as it's cropped.

Dango also has this problem running 3440x1440p and Windows 10
