If you have used konsole in desktop mode, you have probably realized it's not very practical. Due to being a floating window it's constantly getting moved and likely covered by the on screen keyboard. Using a terminal on such a small screen will not be a great experience no matter what you do, but I think Yakuake can relieve some of these issues as it is always pinned to the top and the height can be adjusted around the on screen keyboard, and instead of being another floating window on the screen it nicely hides away while you are not using it and even keeps running in the background.
