Description Of Changes
This PR extends the number of options for how map feature layers can be displayed using the declarative syntax. This implements linestyle, zorder, and alpha. Due to the nature of the list of feature names implementation, this seemed the most straightforward way to add these additional options for map layers. A different solution for adding additional kwargs for contours, colorfills, etc. is still to be done via a different PR.
