Description
Changed System.CommandLine package version from 2.0-beta1 to 2.0-beta4
Added System.CommandLine.NamingConventionBinder in order to change as little as possible while keeping the same functionality.
Changed a couple of Command calls in order to fit the syntax of the updated System.CommandLine package
