Revises FBA generation for
EPA_SITand state specific inventories inStateGHGI(NY, ME, VT). Note that ME and VT require private data files to generate FBAs.Adds necessary files to generate FBS for
GHGcmodels for NY, VT, ME, including underlying FBS methods forGHG_state_SIT. These methods align with those used to produce results for EPA's CBEI report. Note that due to updates in v2.0.3, where the Detail_Use FBS were converted to 2017 schema, these methods will not generate the same results as those in the report (as those use the 2012 Detail FBS schema prior to v2.0.3).
