Having a few problems getting this working so this it only publishes on a release. Looked at this: But I'm not sure if this does the conditional work that I need. However the syntax mentioned here looks potentially what we need: Found something that might help here: actions/starter-workflows#112 |

This PR migrates the GitHub actions to use the non-deprecated YML syntax.
