Initial release

This is the initial public version of twm meaning it has received no testing other than my personal use on a relatively recent version of Windows 11. Please feel free to open issues for any sorts of problems you run into!

Released files

• Pre-built installer (.msi) and portable binary (.exe) for Microsoft Windows
• Source code of twm excluding submodules. If you would like to build twm from source, please follow the build instructions in the project readme instead.
