Fix Allowed Armor Type Code (#72)

Fixed an issue where the three main armor types were not given priority when assigning new allowed armor types for the job. This impacted the unit loadout code.

Bug Fixes

⚠️ Fixed time mages not being unlocked by default
⚠️ Fixed AP cost for abilities being set to 0
⚠️ Fixed random loadouts to not give invalid loadouts
⚠️ Fixed issue with "Gadgeteer" being misspelled

Config Updates

➕ Random elemental resistance enabled
➕ All jobs can equip everything (except shield and ribbons)
⚠️ Shop has 20% of the items available to buy
⚠️ Mission rewards are uses the distributed option
⚠️ Party is made up of one unit from each race, with Marche being the random unit
➖ Banned all ribbon item types
➖ Banned all growth items
➖ Banned shadow flare
