Summary

Adds documentation for actuator routing parity work:

  • status report on current port state and live routing topology
  • source-level trace appendix for spine interception differences
  • implementation plan for porting actuator/spine support into botster-ego

Notes

  • docs are isolated under to minimize upstream collision risk
  • no runtime code changes in this PR
