> Why such a broad tech stack?
> Feynman's "What I cannot create, I do not understand" has always guided me. I began with Java—tangible, surface-level tools. But AI's explosion and Java's impending contraction pushed me to build a LangChain4j data agent. For someone who sees code as superhuman extension of will, top-down learning was inevitable: security and "hacker" skills came next (production work followed, though the field's closed nature limited my impact).
The data agent stalled—too dependent on data scale and iteration speed for a solo builder, and agent engineering lacked coherent paradigms then. Restless, I joined CAS Open Source Summer for cloud-native infrastructure (OpenELB), while security work simultaneously revealed how closed that world was. Cloud-native's openness and AI's potential won me over.
This path emerged from weighing trends, reality, and self-knowledge—not impulse. Mao's "Practice is the sole criterion for truth" holds true: I tested my way forward rather than following hype. And always, Feynman's challenge: What I cannot create, I do not understand.
