This PR adds a wallet connection indicator to the navbar.
Features implemented:
Displays "Connect Wallet" button when the wallet is not connected.
Connects to MetaMask using window.ethereum.
Shows shortened wallet address when connected.
Provides a Disconnect option in the navbar.
This improves user experience by allowing users to quickly see their wallet connection status and manage it directly from the navigation bar.
Fixes #35
