What is the version of xEdit you are using?

Describe the bug
Trying to load Nehrim.esm (or any file that has it a master) in TES4Edit causes a crash.

To reproduce

1. Install Nehrim, I did it through Steam, but the standalone download should work too.
2. Open TES4Edit, double-click Nehrim.esm
3. Wait a bit until it crashes

Expected behavior
I expected xEdit to open Nehrim.esm for viewing without a crash.

Additional context
No exception log or normal log available since this crashes before xEdit has a chance to write them.
