Bumps all TEN Framework component and dependency versions from 0.11.41 to 0.11.42 across core, language bindings, packages, tests, and the tman installer script.

• Core versions
  • Update TEN_RUNTIME_VERSION and language binding headers (go, nodejs, python) to 0.11.42.
  • Bump ten_manager Rust VERSION to 0.11.42.
• Manifests and dependencies
  • Set version and dependent ten_runtime* references to 0.11.42 in system packages, addon loaders, apps, extensions, and protocol (msgpack).
  • Mirror updates in templated (*.tent) files.
• Tests
  • Align all integration test manifest.json files to 0.11.42 for apps and embedded extensions across C++, Go, Node.js, and Python.
• Tools
  • Update tools/tman/install_tman.sh default/version examples from 0.11.41 to 0.11.42.
