Cannot delete a non-downloaded file #373

Description

In general, there should be a button to clear all the download list, so I am not sure if I should report a bug or suggest a feature. However, I have been using the x shortcut in the TUI as an alternative and by simply deleting an item at a time. This does not work in some edge cases (see below).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start downloading any file
  2. Pause the download
  3. Delete the incomplete download file from the directory (e.g. downloads folder)
  4. Delete this file from the TUI by pressing x
  5. Error: "Delete failed: download not found," and the file is stuck in the list.
I have to note that this is a bit old since clicking delete from the TUI does not actually delete the file from the directory. So the file should not need to be present in order for the operation to succeed.
