Working to enable pylint on more files.
What is the New Behavior?
CI will now check pylint on vagrant-workers/generate_workers.py.
What steps should a reviewer take to reproduce or test the bug or new feature?
Run pylint on vagrant-workers/generate_workers.py.
Automated Testing & Documentation
CI will now be able to test the file.
