Describe the bug
After submitting a file in the notebook builder, instead of just displaying the file you attached, it will appear as if you had attached 3 of the same file. However, trying to submit the 3 files does not actually upload 3 files, they appear to be just visual. You can also interact with each of the duplicated files, deleting them from the file submission box.
Expected behavior
After you submit a file, only the files you just submitted should be present in the submission box.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Navigate to the notebook file submission gradeable
- Submit a file to problem 4
- After submitting, you should see 3 of the file displayed.
Configuration
- OS: [e.g. Windows, Linux, ...] MacOS
- Browser [e.g. Chrome, Safari] Opera
