What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
Subsections are currently not fully integrated, and there are bugs with its current implementation. This issue contains multiple suggested features/bugfixes about subsections.

Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem

• Currently the CSV download of the data on the Manage Students page does not include a field for registration subsections. I assigned subsections to students before downloading but there is no column in the CSV for that data.

• Also, I get an error when trying to upload a student CSV with a Registration Sub-Section column as described in the upload field, that that column is not accepted.

• When editing student data on the Manage Sections tab, the student's subsection does not get populated under the Subsection field. If an instructor opens a student to edit some other value, then they may accidentally remove the student's subsection because of this bug.

• The Registration Subsection should be split off to display as a separate sortable column on the Manage students page, and the sorting functionality there should supercede the Registration Section splits in the sorting.
