What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
Instructors should be able to create teams based on the registration subsections in their course. This would be a way to have teams that persist through the semester, without an instructor needing to manually assign all the members to each team for every gradeable.

There should be one of these two options:
2. In the team management view, the instructor can push a button that makes the teams from the registration subsections. This should be a seperate panel. See manage sections / students for UI ideas.
