Describe the bug
The text on the "Settings" button in the Notifications tab is both a different font and two pixels higher than the text on the "Mark as Seen" and "Show All" buttons.

Expected behavior
The "Settings" button text is at a consistent height and has the same font as the "Mark as Seen" and "Show All" buttons
