Describe the bug
Members of the course staff are not highlighted in simple grading:

In this image, the instructor, grader, and grader2 rows should be highlighted in blue.

Expected behavior
All members of the course staff should be highlighted in the simple grading interface. This includes both checkpoint, and numeric/text gradeables.

This feature used to work, here is a PR I found with the rows highlighted correctly:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:1511/courses/s26/sample/gradeable/grades_released_lab/grading?view=all
2. Observe that all members of the course staff are not highlighted.
