Describe the bug
If there is already a section such as 1 or 2, adding a section with the name 01 or 02 crashes the class.
Expected behavior
Either section 01 or 02 should be created as a distinct section or they should not be created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as instructor
2. Go to any class with sections
3. Add section matching any number prefixed with a zero
4. See error
