What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
On the TA grading page we can click the 'corners' icon:

To launch full screen mode and hide the top and left sidebars of Submitty to maximize screen real estate for grading.

It would be helpful to have that feature on many other pages on Submitty. E.g. discussion forum, checkpoint gradeables, live chat, etc.

Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem

Let's add this mode to every(?) page. This needs a clear design so that new users can enter and exit this feature easily & intuitively. -- We don't want a user to accidentally enable this feature and then not be able to return to normal Submitty layout.
