Describe the bug

Open panel on safari does not work. When you are in a two panel mode, it will try to open it on the bottom or the left, not the right. I think that jquery selecting is messed up, but I am not sure about what would cause the issue.

Expected behavior

When in two panels, clicking a tab should open "left" and "right", not "bottom left" or "bottom right"
