REVISED: Let's remove the feature that allows us to specify a nickname when joining the queue.
Let's always use preferred name in the queue.
Maybe also add a link from the queue to the profile page so students can discover where they can set their preferred name.
Describe the bug
When a mentor or TA is using the office hour queue, the students legal names are shown rather than the preffered names that they have set.
Expected behavior
A students preferred name should always be shown if it has been set.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a course with a queue enabled
- Join the queue from a student with a preferred name set.
- See error
